I love having lots of room . In Europe & Japan most of the homes are small , due to cost & taxes. On the plus side , a small home is easier & less time consuming to maintain.

Much too restricted space to live in during a pandemic. You won’t have far to go to climb the walls.

Parked at your own dock or a marina? Hope it isn't too hard to maintain! Most people would consider you very fortunate! Wish you well!

i'm pretty lucky when it comes to dock space, a friend has 2 docks but only has 1 shrimp boat now, we use that other extra dock now, but we spend as much time as possible on the hook in some secluded bay etc,, yeah, i reckon we are lucky, poor, but lucky ;-))

Not a chance! Those little homes are certainly not cheap for their size! We have some a builder has put up just north of us! 400 square feet or so at approx 50K cost just to sit on a rental space for more bucks! Every person to their own taste though! In my opinion a mobile home is a better choice!

Good grief! If someone is going to spend that kind of money, get an equivalent sized/priced RV and travel around seeing the country. :-)
Those things aren't much more than "glorified" storage sheds, which can be purchased for a few thousand $$'s, and depending on how they are built, can be large, roomy and quite sturdy. Seems like that would be the better way to go, costs wise. :-)
