I looked Loco Moco up out of curiosity and it actually sounds pretty good. The most common is white rice topped with a hamburger patty, fried egg and brown gravy. But apparently many other meats, seafood or even tofu can be used as well.

It’s easy to make. You can add veggies on the side too :)
