Should other drugs (ex. Cocaine, Extasy, Meth etc.) be legalized?

Adults living in a free country should be allowed to do what they want. "Pro-choice" if you will. Drugs are no more harmful than cigarettes or alcohol.

Some drugs can ruin a persons life forever. Quite often drugs have lead to mass poverty to make a few rich. The society shall eventually fall apart if this continues.

Although I think that Marijuana should , at the very least , be decriminalized . The question is really one of "What is more harmful - to society at large & the welfare of the general public - a particular drug or the laws governing that drug ?" Legalizing alcohol , after prohibition , proved that the laws banning it were far worse . The same should be done with M.J. , although it should be left to the...

I recall seeing a documentary that brought up the notion of 'clinics' for people who want to take these sort of drugs. The idea being the have access to hygienic ways of taking them, products that have not been 'laced', there are doctors to set the dose and keep an eye out if something goes bad. Is that a good idea? Not sure, but in the meantime, have to go with a no vote on this one.

How many people need to die, how many people need to cry and how many lives need to be ruined. It is hard to remove them from our society but if I could i would with a snap of my fingers.

Ppl do all that stuff anyways, the law never stopped them. Maybe if it happens openly, people will see the damage it does and backtrack to doing no drugs at all.

Many drugs are more dangerous than cigarettes or cannabis products, but legalizing them would be a lot safer & would absolutely save lives!

Marijuana benefits cancer patients and my Dad had to go to the worst area of the city to find it but since it helped Mom he was willing to go anywhere. No harm in it even though I don't use it.
