National Remembrance Day on 9/11

By Kathy . Created on Apr 11, 2019
It has been 19 years (in September) since 9/11. Since we have holidays for deceased presidents and elections. Do you feel that National Remembrance Day on 9/11 should be enacted as a Federal holiday?

Remember Yes, but making a holiday out of it gives the terrorists what they want. Celebrate the lives people lived, not how they died or you're giving energy to the negative factor of it.

It shouldn't be a holiday because that's how it gets forgotten. It's important for children to be in a formal setting that focuses on it.

One of the biggest crimes against this nation and the world as well. The guilty, psychopaths who were responsible are still doing evil things to this country and the world as well. Sadly, far too many people allow the media to tell them what to think instead of thinking for themselves.

Federal holidays are too many; federal workers already take more time off than anyone in the world.
