What is your favorite thing about Ipsos I-Say panel? It's so easy to get caught up in the Negativity of Social Media and Internet Sites, and this applies to Survey Sites as well, especially IPSOS I-Say panel! While I know it's easy to get caught up and distracted by all that, the Intention of this post is to show Appreciation to Ipsos. We all are here together after all and signed up of our own free will. I don’t exactly enjoy the time it takes to fill out most surveys but after a while when all your point add up and you can choose both actual cash or gift cards it’s a great feeling!!

Many years ago, I contacted customer service, I don't recall what for exactly. It took so long to get back to me, (probably longer than 6 months), that I forgot I had contacted them, AND by that time the "problem/issue" was worked out, OR forgotten about. Nothing to sea/hear, move along. WW/NN :-)

I've never actually talked to anyone in terms of this site, but have e-mailed them at various times. Maybe it's just me, but I find they are typically good at getting back if there is an actual problem.
