IF You Meditate, Which Meditation do you do?

By LJP . Created on Jun 25, 2020
Meditation can lead us to discover a sense of calmness and inner harmony. It helps with anxiety, can lower your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, oxygen consumption, adrenaline levels, and levels of cortisol, a hormone released in response to stress.

I meditate using a form learned in a Yoga class. It is not movement based, tho I am on my Yoga mat. It is more about letting go of myself, connecting with what is not me, and raising my consciousness to be more inclusive. Sometimes, I feel the presence of my grandmothers within me.
