If you have a wooden boat, and over the course of time each panel is replaced until eventually all panels are new, is it stitll the same boat?

Philosophical question Does an entity still exist if, over the course of time, every one of the components that originally made it up have been replaced? Or, has it now become a brand new entity?

All of our cells are replaced every few years, but we are still ourselves. Just a thought.
