Iceland Blue Lagoon OR Iceland Northern Lights??

By LJP . Created on Sep 09, 2020
Iceland's nickname is the “Land of Fire and Ice”. Iceland is located at a high latitude, meaning No darkness from mid-April until mid-August. In this time, No Northern Lights can be observed. The best time to see Northern Lights is from October to March. Blue Lagoon soothing waters of the geothermal lagoon is another reason to visit. There are other places to see. IF you could, would you visit one over the other or both?

On rare occasions I have even seen the Northern lights in Illinois in the summer time. Would still love to go to Iceland to see that beautiful country. Perhaps some day post Covid.

Why not both? You can watch the Northern Lights from a Blue Lagoon (heated) in Iceland...
