It's never good to stretch before a workout you must warm up first but a little stretch to get the blood flowing is never a bad thing

SO... How does one go about "getting the blood flowing" IF NOT by stretching first? Oh, I know warm up, as in stay in bed, under the covers, where it's warm, and cozy, and oh, never mind...
