Other than conventional health habits, just taking time do do things I enjoy, a book, movie, hobby, favorite meal, cold beer, whatever it is for you. Of your choices, would lean more to a walk and 'blow the stink off" as my uncle would say.

LOL! Brian! "Blow the stink off" good saying. Around my area, IF I took a walk in the pine barrens, I might run into a skunk and "get the stink on". :-)

Haha, maybe so...think it's just his way of saying one can get stir crazy if you don't get out and about a bit.
