I like whatever that orange sauce is that has a bit of a horseradish taste, I've seen it called various names in different restaurants.

I'd start with onion rings and work my way over to the other different forms. I've never met an onion ring I did not like.

Here's question: does that orange sauce that is often served with fried onions have an official name? It seems to vary depending on the particular restaurant.

Try caramelized mandarin orange slices. Lot's of sugar in this sauce.
