When the company was small, I performed a wider variety of roles. It was stressful, but rewarding.
As the company grew, my work became more specific and less interesting.
But retirement is much, much better than working.

I would complain , but who would listen ? My job is tolerable these days , although my mobility has limited the things that I can do , due to illness .I'm trying to last another 6.5 years B4 I can retire - wish me luck.

Most jobs are what they want them to fulfill, and,
as perceived by owners/bosses
Strive to be one of them, and when you dislike your job, SELL THE DAMN BUSINESS!

No one likes their job. When they find a career they will love it and essentially be a better asset to the company if you don't enjoy the work you do your not going to do a quality performance expected. Ultimately making the experience even less desirable because your boss expects more from someone who had the choice to pick what they wanted to do all day and settled for for less
