Man people claim racism is systemic. It would be interesting to know if the same percent that say racism is systemic also claim to be racist.

Unfortuatley I do have some quirks that I'm not proud of but just can't seem to accept. Wish I could but life has given me pause.

Is there anyone who would give a "yes" answer to this question ? (Even if they are "Racist"?) The term has been so overused & taken out of the context of its true meaning that the term has become weaponized , and as such , has just become a term to demonize anyone with a different opinion or any form of dissent .

How others behave towards you determine how you will treat everyone of that race, or sexuality or religion or whatever. Treat me nice, no racism but treat me bad and I will judge others by your actions. Not fair but true.

I have a hard time labeling myself "a racist" because the term seems to be applied to people who exhibit racism overtly, like white supremacists, but I recognize that there is systemic racism in our country at all levels. As a white woman, I benefit from it. As a human being, I'm appalled by it.
