Yoga , meditation and Pranayam are three keys to open up doors of mind and body but high intensity exercises only make your outer body . It's my opinion what you think about it???

Sure yoga can help, but it is Not a perfect solution. There are many types of yoga. As a part of my exercise routine, I practice Vinyasa yoga. I like it because it helps me with flexibility, strength, build lean muscle & practice relax breathing :)

i used to do yoga LJP, 2 things stopped me, i have a pretty serious spinal condition that finally stopped me from being able to do yoga, and i always had to be in the front row or i could not get me head to look down ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜ but i do 2 hours a day 3 days a week swim at the Y, but i meditate every day, believe it or not i started meditating in the army, it improved my marksmanship as it gave me more control of my body,...
