Betta fish or Guppies?

By R5mldnd . Created on Oct 09, 2019
Betta fish are an aggressive tropical fish often placed in single tanks. Male betta’s can’t be placed with any other bettas due to its flashy and vibrant colors (jealousness) and will atack each other to death. They can be placed however, in a community tank where guppies can be a good tank mate. Although Bettas will often mistaken guppies and attack them for their flashy tail. Which one would you prefer to keep? Betta or guppies?

Guppies are not good tank mates!!! Mpst bettas will see them the same way they see other male bettas because of their colourful tails. Tetras are muuuuuch better tank mates.

Betta can be in large tank with Tetra family fish (not necessarily guppies or fancy fin fish or they can still want to bite at them)

Love Bettas and are pretty easy to train and are fun to watch. A Betta was the first pet son ever picked out
