Even today you'll sometimes here people say Frankenstein experiment as a reference to anything that sounds a bit out there in terms of science, so yeah, I agree.

I recall seeing somewhere he repeated the role for a ride at Universal Studios or some such place, so as you go through the line, he appears on video monitors and sets up the storyline of the ride.

True, I like the old Universal Pictures horror films in general. In the USA, they were the ones who really kicked off that whole film genre.

Christopher Lloyd is great at playing over the top characters in general. He also played Judge Doom in Roger Rabbit, Uncle Fester in the Addams Family films, and was in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
